All disputes must be raised with our support team within 30 days of the relevant event. badpkr will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved matters may be escalated through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and badpkr ("badpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at https://badpkr.cam (the "Platform").

No User obtains any rights in or to the Platform's intellectual property by virtue of using the Services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of badpkr, except as permitted by applicable copyright law for personal, non-commercial use.
The badpkr name, logo and associated marks are trade marks of the operator. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badpkr expressly excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, in relation to the Platform and its Services.
badpkr shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise:

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, badpkr will retain any funds in the Account for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation results in Account closure, funds may be returned to the User's original payment source net of any amounts owed to badpkr, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance will be returned subject to outstanding KYC requirements and verification.
In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a bet settlement or any other aspect of the Services, the following process applies:
During the dispute resolution process, badpkr may freeze the relevant funds in your Account. You agree not to initiate legal proceedings until the above process has been exhausted.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which badpkr is incorporated and holds its operating licence. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and badpkr irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Nothing in this clause shall limit badpkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent amendments or provincial regulations — may apply to their use of this Platform. This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users are urged to obtain independent legal advice regarding the applicability of local law to their circumstances.
badpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 14 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
